Contractor Equipment Requirements
- 7 years / 700,000 miles or newer at time of lease
- Wheel base not to exceed 265"
- 5th wheel height not to exceed 46"
- Must be capable of scaling 46350 lbs
Required Documents
- Proof of paid 2290 / highway use tax
- Copy of equipment title (front and back)
- Current registration (cab card)
- Bill of Sale
- Recent scale ticket
- Proof of Bobtail / Liability coverage (1 million / $1000 deductible)(Can be obtained through Koch Trucking)
- Proof of Occupational Accident Insurance (can be obtained through Koch Trucking)
All paperwork turned in on Friday is paid the following Friday (direct deposit is preferred and fuel is pulled per trip).
We use EFS fuel cards and have a fuel program set up with Pilot Oil and Flying J Travel Centers.
Koch Trucking pays $8.50, one half of the cost, of an accounting service what will do your monthly, quarterly, and year end tax preparation.
